Even though we could automate as much as 100% of the process, we have explicitly chosen not to completely automate the process because some questions in a DPA are better evaluated and answered based on human judgment. Similarly, the Relyance AI data subject request (DSR) feature packages the data for access/deletion, but there are pauses built in for customer checks and approvals. These decisions directly reflect our responsible and ethical approach to the use of AI, and ensure compliance with the regulatory requirement for the privacy professional to make an evaluation based on risks, benefits, and controls to minimize risks.
