In late 2019, co-founders Abhi Sharma (CEO) and Leila Golchehreh (Chief Strategy Officer) recognized that legacy privacy and security tools were fundamentally broken for the AI era. Static scans and manual workflows couldn't keep pace with dynamic data flows and modern development velocity.

They envisioned something different: an AI-native platform that could track every data journey in real-time, from source code to cloud runtime to AI models. A platform that would turn data visibility from impossible to automatic.
