Shift Left for SaaS Implementations

SaaS implementations have always been a rewarding experience for me. There is immense satisfaction in looking at problems from first principles and helping customers deploy technology to solve them. Having spent a few years in SaaS implementations and Customer Success, I identify very closely with that “aha!” moment during go-live. The moment when everything “starts to fall in place” and customers start seeing value from your technology. There is one challenge that is common in enterprise SaaS though; it takes time to create value for customers. It’s not that SaaS companies don’t want to reduce time to value, but SaaS environments today make it extremely challenging to deploy technology in a way that can help realize value quickly.

As I reflect on some of the most rewarding parts of working day in and day out with our customers at Relyance AI, by far, the most rewarding experience has been our ease of implementation. Instead of spending months coordinating schedules, dealing with multiple phases, changing business processes, involving multiple stakeholders, having frequent status meetings, etc., we intentionally take a different approach towards deploying our technology. From day 1, our product has been designed to be implemented in a 30 to 60-minute working session (the record being 25 minutes for one customer)!

Why is this important?

Accelerated time to value for customers.

We have happy customers because they don’t need to wait for months to realize value from their investment in Relyance AI. Instead, they get to experience instant value during the deployment call! Here is a sample set of reactions I have heard from customers during our deployment sessions:‍

“This is so cool!!”

“This is one of the easiest integration processes I have experienced so far.”

“I cannot believe this was so fast.”

Satisfied and motivated team members.

Instead of tackling the overhead that comes with long implementation cycles, Relyance AI team members can focus their time and energy on what matters most - making our customers successful. Implementing the product is the first and the easiest step.

Relyance AI is not only shifting the privacy and data protection technology landscape, but simultaneously also shifting the SaaS implementation landscape. We are continuing to push boundaries here, so if you want to be a part of something fun and exciting, we will always be hiring! Look at our Careers page if you want to learn more and be a part of this rocket ship.
